As soon as we register your booking, a contract is sent to you by our Loir Valley Agency or our partner (the Departmental Tourism Committee for the Sarthe or Anjou) for rentals.
You have 8 days to return your contract to us, accompanied by a cheque for advance payment of 25% of the total amount. The balance should be paid one month before the start of your stay.
